TERMS & CONDITIONS and NO-SHOW/CANCELLATION POLICY

👉A $50 booking fee is required to ensure that appointments are honored and cover any costs associated with no-shows or cancellations. The booking fee paid will be used towards your service.
👉If you need to make any changes or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 8 hours in advance. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and are happy to accommodate your needs.
👉We will refund your deposit *minus any applicable processing fees.* If you notify us at least 8 hours before your scheduled appointment, You can rest assured that your deposit will be recovered if you comply with our no-show/cancellation policy.
👉Only two rescheduled changes per appointment are accepted to serve our clients on a waiting list. We know you are busy just like us, and things come up, but please be courteous of our and others' time.
👉All booking fees are non-transferable.
👉We do not offer a refund on services rendered and/or services partly used.
👉MayAllure reserves the right to reschedule your appointment or refuse treatment if the technician/management sees fit, and prices are subject to change at any time.
👉Please understand that we value your time and expect that you respect ours. Due to a busy schedule at the clinic, please arrive on time, as even a 10-minute late arrival can result in the cancellation of the appointment, and you may need to pay a new booking fee.
👉In an emergency, we will treat the no-show/cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis. You can also use the booking fee towards different services should you change treatment.
