APPOINTMENTS: Scheduled in Advance; No Walk-ins Accepted.
BOOKING POLICY: Secure Your Appointment with a Fee.
- To ensure the smooth operation and fairness of our services, we require a booking fee for all appointments. This fee will be put towards the service you desire. Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. If the fee is not paid at the time of booking, please make sure to pay it within three business days.
- Our booking fee policy serves two purposes: preventing no-shows and last-minute cancellations and covering any costs incurred if our policy is violated.
PAYMENT POLICY: Transparency and Commitment.
- For services priced under $100, a full upfront payment is required instead of a booking fee. We believe in transparency and providing exceptional service from the start.
- For services or procedures costing $1000 or more, a minimum deposit of $500 is mandatory. This ensures commitment from both parties and a smooth experience.
APPOINTMENT CHANGES: Accommodating Unexpected Situations.
- Sometimes, unforeseen situations require changes to your scheduled appointment. We kindly request 48 hours' notice for any modifications to ensure a smooth process. You can easily modify your appointment online or contact our office for assistance.
- If you need to reschedule your appointment, you have up to 30 days from the original date to do so without forfeiting the booking fee. Please note that only two rescheduled appointments are allowed.
LATE ARRIVALS: Respect for Everyone's Time.
- We schedule appointments to provide every client with their full appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shorter appointment to accommodate our next client as scheduled.
NO-SHOW/CANCELLATION: Consequences for Failure to Show or Cancel.
- If you fail to attend your appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited. In cases where the booking fee is not paid, a no-show/cancellation fee will be charged.
- In the event of a cancellation within less than 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and we will retain 50% of the service cost.
- If you fail to show up without giving prior notice, your deposit will be lost, and you will be charged the full cost of the service, which we will retain.
REFUNDS: Limited Circumstances for Refunds.
- We do not offer refunds for completed services, partially used services, or gift cards/packages after 30 days of purchase.
- If a refund is requested after the initial purchase, a fee equal to 25% of the service's total value will be charged. This fee covers booking and administration expenses and potential revenue loss from processing the refund.
REFUNDS ON DISCOUNTED SERVICE: No Refunds, but Flexible Use.
- Refunds are not applicable for discounted services and packages acquired under an introductory promotion. However, you may redirect the payment towards an alternative service within a 30-day period.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL: Our Right to Reschedule or Decline Service.
- MayAllure reserves the right to reschedule appointments or decline service if necessary.
PRICES: Subject to Change.

SUBSCRIPTIONS: Enhanced Savings on Offerings.
- Subscription Benefits: By subscribing to our services, you are entitled to a discount on selected offerings. However, please note that the services are only available for full-price services during the subscription period. Subscribers are not permitted to combine the subscription with any other promotional offers, vouchers, or discounted services.
- Service Eligibility: Subscribers can only use the services on offerings that are not under special promotions or discounts. Attempting to combine vouchers or discounts with a subscription will void the subscription.
- Payment Terms: Subscribers must pay the monthly subscription fee within 7 days of the due date. Failure to make timely payments will result in the Subscriber being billed for the discounted services received at the full price, and the subscription will be terminated.
- Failed Payment: If a payment fails due to reasons such as a declined credit card, a $50 administration fee will be charged to cover the back-end work needed to correct the payment or arrange for a manual payment. The event may impact the remaining benefits for the month.
- Card Funding: Subscribers must ensure that their credit card has sufficient funds to cover the monthly subscription payment to avoid any issues with payment processing.
- **Non-Transferable and Non-Exchangeable**: Subscriptions are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. They are intended for the personal use of the Subscriber and cannot be shared or transferred to another individual or entity.
- **Modification or Termination**: We reserve the right to modify or terminate subscription services without prior notice. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to abide by our Terms and any specific subscription terms that may apply.
- **Agreement to Terms**: By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions and any specific terms associated with your subscription.
Opt-In and Opt-Out:
By accessing the MayAllure website, scheduling an appointment, texting the provided number, or applying for a payment plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

By providing your contact information and engaging with MayAllure through the website, appointment scheduling, text messaging, or payment plan application, you expressly consent to receive text messages from MayAllure for informational, marketing, and transactional purposes.
2. Message Frequency:

4. Message and Data Rates:
Standard message and data rates may apply to text messages sent and received. You are responsible for any fees that may be charged by your mobile service provider in connection with text messaging.
5. Privacy and Data Security:
MayAllure is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of your personal information. Your contact details will be used solely for communication purposes related to MayAllure services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
6. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
MayAllure reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically for any changes.
7. Disclaimer:
MayAllure shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of text messaging services. By opting in to receive text messages, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MayAllure from any claims or liabilities related to text message communications.
