MAYALLURE INC. TERMS & CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically for any changes. By continuing to use MayAllure services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
APPOINTMENTS
- All appointments must be scheduled in advance; walk-ins are not accepted.
BOOKING POLICY
- A non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee is required for all appointments and will be applied toward your chosen service. If not paid at the time of booking, it must be settled within three business days. This policy helps prevent no-shows and last-minute cancellations.
- By scheduling an appointment or paying for a service, you agree to our terms.
PAYMENT POLICY
- For a single service under $100: Full payment is required upfront.
- For a single service under $1000: A $100 deposit is required.
- For a single service of $1000 or more: A 50% deposit is required.
- For a package and gift card purchase: Full payment is required upfront.
APPOINTMENT CHANGES
- A 48-hour notice is required for appointment changes.
- Modifications can be made online or by contacting our office.
- You may reschedule your appointment up to 30 days from the original date without losing your booking fee, but only two reschedules are allowed.
LATE ARRIVALS
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment to accommodate the next client.
NO SHOW OR CANCELLATION
- Missing an appointment results in the forfeiture of your booking fee. If unpaid, a no-show/cancellation fee applies.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will forfeit your deposit and incur a 50% service charge.
- No-shows without notice will result in a full-service charge.
REFUNDS
- No refunds for rendered services, partially used services, or partially used package sessions.
- No refunds for gift cards/packages purchased after 30 days.
- A 25% fee is deducted for refunds requested post-purchase (NOT APPLICABLE WITH CHERRY PAYMENT PLAN). *See T&C for Clients using the Cherry Payment Plan.
REFUNDS ON DISCOUNTED SERVICES
- No refunds for discounted services. Payments can be redirected to another service within 30 days.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL
- MayAllure reserves the right to reschedule or decline service.
PRICES
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
- Benefits: Subscribers receive discounts on full-price services. Combining with other promotions voids benefits.
- Payment Terms: Payments must be made on time as specified in the subscription agreement. Late payments result in full-price billing and subscription termination.
- Failed Payment: A $50 fee applies for declined payments.
- Non-Transferable: Personal use only.
- Commitment Period: Subscriptions are committed for a minimum duration of three months.
- Cancellation Policy: Once agreed upon, cancellations are not permitted. In the event of a cancellation due to health issues, a doctor's certificate must be provided to validate the request.
- Modification or Termination: MayAllure reserves the right to change, modify or terminate subscriptions without notice.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CLIENTS USING THE CHERRY PAYMENT PLAN
These Terms and Conditions outline the refund policy for clients utilizing the Cherry Payment Plan. By using our services, you agree to the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds.
Once the payment agreement has been issued by Cherry, MayAllure will schedule all appointments. By scheduling these appointments, MayAllure confirms that Cherry will remit payment to MayAllure based on the sale amount, minus Cherry's processing fees. The agreement issued by Cherry serves as a receipt indicating that the client has paid for the service or package treatment.
Payment Processing Fees:
- The processing fees charged by Cherry will affect the net amount received by MayAllure, referred to as (X). This amount will be used for any applicable refund calculations.
Change of Mind for Service Before Treatment:
- If a client decides to change their originally approved service before any treatment is used, the amount (X) will be used to assess eligibility for the alternative service.
Refund Policy for Canceled Appointments (*):
This refund policy applies only if the client has not received any services from the package treatment. If a client wishes to cancel their scheduled appointments, the following calculations will apply:
- Cancellation Two Weeks Before the First Scheduled Appointment: - MayAllure retains 25% of the net sales: The refund amount = (X) less (0.25 of (X)). Where (X) represents the net amount MayAllure received from Cherry at the beginning of the loan contract signed by the client.
- Cancellation Less Than Two Weeks Before the First Scheduled Appointment: - MayAllure retains 50% of the net sales: The refund amount = (X) less (0.5 of (X)). Where (X) represents the net amount MayAllure received from Cherry at the beginning of the loan contract signed by the client.
- Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours Before the First Scheduled Appointment: - MayAllure retains 80% of the net sales: The refund amount = (X) less (0.8 of (X)). Where (X) represents the net amount MayAllure received from Cherry at the beginning of the loan contract signed by the client.
- Service Change Policy: This policy does not apply if you reschedule your appointment for the same service or one of equal value.
- No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for canceled appointments that are part of a package or series of treatments, or if any treatment in the series has already been received by the client.
Refund Policy for Canceled Services:
- If you have not received the service as part of the series treatment and wish to cancel your scheduled appointments, please refer to the Refund Policy for Canceled Appointments (*) above.
- Refund Amount: The refund amount will be calculated as (X) minus (0.75 × (X)), where (X) represents the net amount MayAllure received from Cherry at the start of the loan contract signed by the client.
- Service Change Policy: This policy does not apply if you switch to other services of equal value instead of canceling.
- No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for canceled services that are part of a package or series of treatments, or if any treatment in the series has already been received by the client.
Refund Processing:
- Cherry will adjust your contract loan according to their Terms and Conditions.
Your Commitment with Cherry:
- Clients are required to continue fulfilling payment obligations directly with Cherry as per the agreed payment plan. MayAllure holds no responsibility for modifying or communicating changes to your agreement with Cherry.
COMMUNICATION OPT-IN AND OPT-OUT
Consent to Receive Text Messages:
By providing your contact information and engaging with MayAllure through the website, appointment scheduling, text messaging, or payment plan application, you expressly consent to receive text messages from MayAllure for informational, marketing, and transactional purposes.
Message Frequency:
You understand and acknowledge that message frequency may vary depending on the nature of the communication, including appointment reminders, promotional offers, payment reminders, and other relevant information.
Opt-Out Option:
You have the right to opt out of receiving text messages from MayAllure at any time. To unsubscribe, please reply with "STOP" to any message received or contact MayAllure customer support for assistance.
Message and Data Rates:
Standard message and data rates may apply to text messages sent and received. You are responsible for any fees that may be charged by your mobile service provider in connection with text messaging.
Privacy and Data Security:
MayAllure is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of your personal information. Your contact details will be used solely for communication purposes related to MayAllure services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
DISCLAIMER
MayAllure shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of text messaging services. By opting in to receive text messages, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MayAllure from any claims or liabilities related to text message communications.
